ERROR 18 ON SFR 1

Hello , i have problem with sfr-1
Everything works fine, but when I move the joystick to forward, everything works fine, when I move the joystick to reverse, the engine does not work, there is no sound and error 18 appears. I disconnected the engine to check and when it is disconnected, the same situation occurs, apart from that everything works fine .what could be the reason for this and how to solve it

Also attach the current project configuration (*.sfr).

Hello again,I did one more test. I connected another sfr-1 to this model with a penalty and a project with an error, all settings are the same and there is no problem. Therefore, I think that the sfr-1 is damaged... I am sending the project and recording from diagnostic to the switch.

thanks for the files. The configuration looks ok but when throttle is initially applied the SFR-1 is actually in reverse mode, as indicated by the reversing light and hazard lights.
When the throttle signal goes to forward error 18 is triggered though I can't say why.

Was the motor connected during the recording of the diagnosis?

Please perform another setup (teaching function) first as described in the manual. If throttle stick forward makes the vehicle go reverse change polarity of the motor cables or tick the "Inverting motor" option under Configuration > Speed controller > Channel reversion.

If the problem still occurs please record another diagnostic and upload together with the latest configuration file.

Please provide some additional information then, too:
- What type of model are you using?
- What motor (make and model) are you using?
- Is the motor already attached to the gear box / drive shaft or free spinning?
- If attached, can the wheels turn both directions without much resistance?

I make diagnostic unconnected motor. With connected is the same situation. When I change reverse , situation also "reverse " error is on backward ...
depend reverse on/of . every on one direction. Of course I make teaching after any change......
